Achievement Assembly

Reception
Jasmine – her beautiful tessellating honeycomb pattern and number writing up to 10. Well done Jasmine!
Felix – beautiful cutting skills when decorating his beehive. Well done Felix!

Year 1
Evie-Mae – her amazing 3D Dinosaur Landscape. Fantastic work Evie-Mae.
Olivia – a fantastic written report about everything she has learnt from our dinosaur topic. Lovely work Olivia.

Year 2
Florrie and Hattie – excellent work on your ‘Bean in a Bag’ diary, well done to both of you!

Year 3
Mia and Joseph – always following our Golden Rules during lessons and at playtime. You both work so hard,
listen well and present your work very neatly. Well done to both of you!
Year 4
Oliver – working very hard on his handwriting and the presentation of his work. Well done Oliver!
Joshua – excellent thinking skills and problem-solving in our Maths work on decimals. Well done Joshua!

Year 5
Nieve – joining in well during lessons and always trying hard. You are taking responsibility for your learning.
Dylan – working really hard and adding so much detail across the curriculum, especially in Literacy.
Year 6
Tom – an excellent painting which was inspired by nature and our time in Forest School.
Emily – super art work which was inspired by nature and our time in Forest School.

Uniform
We still have a number of pupils not adhering to our school uniform. Please find a reminder below of what
is expected to be worn.
- Black or navy shoes (no heels or trainers)
- Black, white, grey or navy socks/tights
- Black, grey or navy trousers/skirts/pinafore
- Pale blue or white polo shirt
- Blue sweatshirt, jumper or cardigan with school logo (no hoodies)
Summer Uniform (optional)
- Blue and white checked dress with white socks
- Black, grey or navy shorts
PE Kits (only to be worn on PE days)
- Plain black or navy shorts/jogging bottoms
- White t-shirt
- Plimsols or trainers
- School navy sweatshirt/plain black or navy hoodie
- No football shirts or vest tops
Please discuss any specific issues around uniform with your child’s class teacher as we are aware there may
be exceptional circumstances.

The Big Ask
As you will no doubt have heard in the media over the last few days, the Children's Commissioner's office is
running the largest ever survey of children in England – The Big Ask – to inform society’s recovery post-
pandemic and to inform the work of the Children’s Commissioner's Office.

Pupil Safety
There have once again been a number of near misses in the school car park with children playing around
moving vehicles that are trying to park.
