On a fine day when spring is in the air, we are honored to host the 136th graduation ceremony of Shimonoseki Commercial High School, welcoming Education Director Norihiko Kodama, PTA Chairman Takeshi Sasaki, and many guardians. We congratulate the graduates on their achievement, which is a result of their hard work and dedication over the past 3-4 years. Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, the graduates have persevered and realized their goals. We express our gratitude to the families, teachers, and friends who have supported them. As we mark the milestone of over 30,000 graduates and the 70th anniversary of our part-time course, we acknowledge the importance of diversity and inclusivity in creating a society where everyone can thrive. We hope that our graduates will recognize their strengths, work together with people from diverse backgrounds, and build a brighter future. We thank the guardians for their support and cooperation, and we look forward to their continued contribution to our school's education.
