The 9th session of the International Oil Pollution Compensation Fund 1992 Assembly was held from 19 to 22 October 2004, with 86 Member States and several non-Member States and organizations in attendance. The Assembly adopted the agenda, elected a Chairman and two Vice-Chairmen, and examined credentials.
