The City of Tulsa Affordable Housing Strategy aims to guide policy and decision-making for housing in Tulsa, addressing historical and current housing inequities. The strategy, designed in collaboration with the Housing Strategy Advisory board, lays out goals and action steps for 2020-2024, focusing on economic growth, innovation, and ensuring all Tulsans have access to decent, safe, and appropriate housing. Actions include creating Community Land Trusts, securing land banks, establishing a CHDO Academy, and investing in Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs).
