Summary

Die Regierung plant zwei neue Gesetze zur Beschleunigung der Energiewende, darunter das "Erneuerbaren-Ausbau-Beschleunigungs-Gesetz" für Erzeugungsanlagen unter der UVP-Schwelle. Zudem gibt es neue Abgaben für Stromerzeuger und den fossilen Brennstoffsektor, wie den Energiekrisenbeitrag-Strom (EKB-S) und den Energiekrisenbeitrag-fossile Energieträger (EKB-F). Der EuGH hat entschieden, dass es keinen Schadensersatzanspruch für Krankheiten durch Luftverschmutzung gibt, aber Bürger können die Behörden zur Einhaltung der Grenzwerte verpflichten. Es gibt auch Änderungen bei der Förderung von Energiebeihilfen und im EAG, sowie neue Regeln für Freiflächen-PV in Niederösterreich.
