- Wildflower areas: decision not to have wildflower areas in Parish Council-owned land, but to approach GYBC about planting bulbs near village entrance.
- Hopton Surgery: request for draft Licence to Assign and Deed of Covenant from NHS Property Services solicitors unanimously agreed.

- S106 money: request sent to GYBC for update on funds paid by developers.
