Summary

Se realizó una encuesta a 364 personas con discapacidad para evaluar la implementación de la Ley N°21.015 que incentiva la inclusión laboral de personas con discapacidad en Chile. Los resultados mostraron que el 54,8% de los encuestados eran hombres y el 45,2% mujeres, y que la mayoría de ellos tenía una discapacidad física o sensorial. La encuesta también reveló que el 24,5% de los encuestados había sido contratado bajo la Ley N°21.015 y que el 60,4% de ellos consideraba que la ley había mejorado su situación laboral. Sin embargo, también se encontró que el 40,1% de los encuestados no conocía los beneficios de la ley y que el 25,5% consideraba que la ley no había tenido un impacto significativo en su vida laboral.
