Summary

Stichting Privacy First heeft een memorandum opgesteld over het wetsvoorstel plan van aanpak witwassen, waarin wordt voorgesteld om wijzigingen aan te brengen in de Wet ter voorkoming van witwassen en financieren van terrorisme (Wwft).
