Summary

Die Kommission gemäß Art. 59b B-VG hat für das Jahr 2022 einen Bericht erstattet, in dem sie über die Ausübung ihrer Aufgaben und die Meldungen der öffentlich Bediensteten, die Mitglieder des Nationalrates sind, berichtet. Im Jahr 2022 wurden 34 Meldungen von öffentlich Bediensteten eingereicht, von denen 21 außer Dienst gestellt waren. Es gab auch verschiedene Dienstfreistellungen im Ausmaß von 25-84%. Die Kommission hat keine Ersuchen um Stellungnahme erhalten. Der Bericht enthält auch eine Übersicht über die Entwicklung der Anzahl der meldepflichtigen Mitglieder des Nationalrates seit 1996.
