L'enquête de satisfaction des utilisateurs des services ETC en République centrafricaine (RCA) a révélé un taux de satisfaction globale de 80% pour les services et activités de l'ETC, avec des taux de satisfaction spécifiques de 75,3% pour la connectivité internet, 78,6% pour l'assistance aux utilisateurs, 84,6% pour les services de communication sécuritaire, 73,6% pour le mécanisme collectif de feedbacks à Bria et 77,8% pour le centre d'appel COVID-19. Les répondants ont exprimé des inquiétudes quant à la stabilité et la capacité des services de connectivité, et ont suggéré que l'ETC devrait augmenter la bande passante de son réseau et restaurer les services dans de nouvelles localités. L'ETC met en place une stratégie pour répondre aux commentaires et travaille à l'élaboration d'un modèle d'établissement des coûts pour permettre la reconnexion durable des services.
