- These modifications had an impact on staffing, with 28 clubs reporting changes, and a financial impact, with 30 clubs reporting changes, mostly negative due to increased costs and reduced revenue.
- Competitive numbers decreased for 31% of clubs, increased for 44%, and stayed the same for 25%.
- Overall membership numbers decreased for 66% of clubs, increased for 22%, and stayed the same for 12%.
- 94% of clubs attended CKC Covid information sessions, which were found helpful by 27 clubs.
- 56% of coaching staff attended online Coaching Education programs during the shutdown.
- Clubs accessed Provincial Health guidelines through various means, including government websites and consultation with public health officials.
- The size of HP training groups was impacted, with 40% of clubs reporting smaller groups, 12.5% reporting larger groups, and 47% reporting no change.
- Clubs took advantage of various government programs, including the Canada Emergency Business Account and the Canada Summer Jobs Program.
