ผลการส ารวจ พบว่า ประชาชนผู้รับบริการมีความพึงพอใจต่อการให้บริการของเทศบาลเมืองทับกวางในภาพรวม มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.89 คิดเป็นร้อยละ 97.80 ระดับคะแนน 10 คะแนน เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน โดยเรียงตามล าดับร้อยละของระดับความพึงพอใจของประชาชนผู้รับบริการ ได้ดังนี้ ด้านสิ่งอ านวยความสะดวก มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.94 ร้อยละ 98.80 ด้านช่องทางการให้บริการ มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.88 ร้อยละ 97.60 ด้านกระบวนการขั้นตอนการให้บริการ มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.87 ร้อยละ 97.40 และด้านเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ให้บริการ มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.85 ร้อยละ 97.00 และเมื่อจ าแนกตามงานที่มาขอรับบริการ พบว่า งานด้านกองสวัสดิการสังคม มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.91 ร้อยละ 98.20 งานด้านทะเบียนราษฎร มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.90 ร้อยละ 98.00 งานด้านป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัย มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.88 ร้อยละ 97.60 และงานด้านจัดเก็บรายได้ มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.85 ร้อยละ 97.00
