Process so far

The LAP has been developed in compliance with the Planning and Development Act 2000. A SEA Environmental Report and an Appropriate Assessment (AA) Natura Impact Report were prepared and placed on public display. Submissions were invited, and responses were included in a Chief Executive's Report. Elected Members decided on Proposed Material Alterations, which are the subject of this report.
