Department presented updated proposals for TB Programme Funding, including increases to Income Supplement, Depopulation Grant, and Hardship Grant
 Farming organisations:
+ Willing to discuss additional levies if funds go back to herdowners
+ Concerns over pre and post movement testing, wildlife expenditure, and levy changes
+ Prefer review meetings every 2 years instead of 3
+ Open to retrospective levies
Department:
+ Requested farming organisations to discuss proposals with members
+ No undertaking to fund pre and post movement testing
+ Levy will change based on previous year's payout
+ Possibly introduce force majeure element into terms and conditions
 Agreements:
+ Review every 2 years instead of 3
+ Rates to be pro rata
+ Proposed compensation rates to take effect 1st Jan 2023, pending agreement
+ Bilateral meetings with farming organisations in November
* Next meeting: Thursday 11 Jan @ 11am, In Person @ Backweston Campus
