Technical Working Group Update:
+ Valuer Code of Practice discussed
+ Penalty point system to be abolished, independent panel to be introduced
+ Revised Valuer Guidelines to be circulated
 TB Programme Funding:
+ Three issues: overall cost, funding, and expenditure
+ First five policy options to be discussed: pre and post movement testing, movements into restricted herds, inconclusives, risk of recurrence herds, and reducing badger risk
Action Items:
+ IFA to send written amendments
+ DAFM to send latest Code of Practice and Valuer Guidelines
+ DAFM to assess costs and full model
+ Work programme for next few meetings to be circulated
 Next Meetings: 12th April, 12th May, 9th June
