5. Submit a list of the technical team implementing fire fighting and engineering services.
6. Submit certificates of study for engineers, membership in the Kuwait Engineers Society, and experience certificates for technicians.
7. Submit proof that engineers and technicians are employed by the company.
8. Submit a CD containing all required documents.
9. Pass the competency tests for engineers.

For renewal, submit all of the above except the CD. For upgrading the classification, submit all of the above plus a list of projects on a table, including project name, address, and file number.
