To cancel a reservation, log in and select the cancellation date from the "Reservation Inquiry/Cancel" menu on the top page. Cancellations can be made up to 14 days prior to the reservation date.

The facility usage application process involves the following steps:
1. Apply for a facility usage lottery between the 1st and 7th of the month, three months prior to the desired usage date.
2. Check the lottery results between the 9th and 15th of the month.
3. If selected, apply for facility usage or decline the offer by the 16th of the month.
4. Pay the usage fee by the 25th of the following month.

To apply for facility usage, submit an application form with the required information, including the desired facility, date, and time. The application can be submitted online, by phone, or in person.

For new registrations, the following documents are required:
1. A copy of the applicant's ID (driver's license, health insurance card, etc.)
2. A copy of the applicant's seal registration certificate
3. A bank account in the applicant's name

For group registrations, the following documents are required:
1. A copy of the group representative's ID
2. A group roster with names, addresses, and ages
3. A copy of the group's seal registration certificate

The usage fee will be automatically deducted from the registered bank account on the 25th of the following month.
