(1) Security Services Act:

C. Business suspension orders (Article 49, paragraph 1)
D. Business abolition orders (Article 49, paragraph 2)
(2) Private Investigation Industry Act:
A. Instructions (Article 14)
B. Business suspension orders (Article 15, paragraph 1)
C. Business abolition orders (Article 15, paragraph 2)
2. The content of public disclosure includes:
(1) Certification number or private investigation industry registration certificate number
(2) Name and address of the business operator
(3) Name and address of the business office subject to the disposition
(4) Date of the disposition
(5) Content of the disposition
(6) Reason and legal basis for the disposition
(7) Public safety commission that imposed the disposition
3. The method of public disclosure is:
(1) Filing a separate form with the Fukushima Prefectural Police Headquarters
(2) Posting the content of the separate form on the Fukushima Prefectural Public Safety Commission's website
4. Handling of dispositions by other prefectural public safety commissions:
(1) If a business suspension order is issued by another prefectural public safety commission and the main business office is located in Fukushima Prefecture, the commission that issued the order will disclose the information, and Fukushima Prefecture will also disclose the information based on notification from the other commission.
(2) If a business suspension order is issued and the main business office is located in another prefecture, a copy of the separate form will be sent to the public safety commission of the prefecture where the business office is located.
5. The period of public disclosure is three years from the date of the disposition.
6. A separate form is used for public disclosure, which includes the certification number, public safety commission, name and address of the business operator, and other details.
