The Competency Guidelines define knowledge, skills, and reflective practice experiences for IECMH-informed professionals, with Endorsement demonstrating specialized expertise in IECMH. Both frameworks emphasize relationship-based support, self-awareness, understanding family relationships, and nurturing relationships for optimal development.
