Les licenciés ont baissé au niveau régional et national, la sédentarité a augmenté avec le télétravail, les pratiques en autonomie de la course à pied, de la marche et des activités de forme/bien-être/santé ont augmenté, les Français ont besoin de liens sociaux et de sorties en plein nature. Pour répondre à ces problématiques, il est proposé d'organiser un suivi des licenciés, de proposer des programmes pour lutter contre la sédentarité, d'organiser des événements attractifs pour les pratiquants non licenciés et d'aider les clubs à recréer du lien social et de l'activité.
