9. Ease of consulting with staff when problems arise: 47% found it easy, 51% found it average, and 2% did not respond.
10. Other comments and suggestions: various comments were received, including requests for more rehabilitation, better food, and occasional consumption of alcohol or favorite foods.

Overall, the survey results indicate a generally positive satisfaction with life at the facility, but with some areas for improvement, such as meal provision, bathing, and environmental conditions.
