Summary

The Families in Focus Workforce Training Implementation Plan aims to enhance delivery of evidence-based practices (EBPs) for adolescents with substance use and co-occurring disorders. Key actions include:

1. Training Focus Sites in selected EBPs (CASI, MDFT, MET/CBT, MI) by specific dates (01/01/2016, 07/01/2016, 01/01/2016, 04/01/2016).
2. Training Focus Site staff as supervisors of identified EBPs by specific dates (04/01/2016, 09/30/2016, 04/01/2016, 07/01/2016).
3. Training identified Focus Site staff as "Trainers" of selected EBPs by 09/30/2017.
4. Disseminating EBPs through Focus Site trainers training new staff and adolescent treatment providers by 10/01/2017.
