Triple T Broadband Public Company Limited has a service to deduct payment from a bank account or credit card. To use this service, customers must:

1. Obtain a consent form from 3BB Shop or print it from www.3bb.co.th.
2. Fill in the form completely and sign it, then submit it to 3BB Shop with a copy of the previous month's bill or receipt.
3. The company will send a receipt and bill for the next month by post or as requested by the customer.
4. The deduction will be effective for all services billed in the same invoice or electronic document.
5. If the bill exceeds the available balance in the customer's account, the customer must pay the excess amount at 3BB Shop to avoid service suspension.
6. For corporate, government, or state enterprise customers, the company will deduct withholding tax and remit it to the authorities.
7. The company will bear the fee for the account deduction.
8. Customers waive their right to claim against the bank for any errors in the deduction.
9. The consent form remains effective until the customer cancels it in writing, with at least 30 days' notice.
10. Customers can change their bank account or credit card details, but the consent form remains effective for the new account.
11. The company's contact center and address are available for customers to contact.

The customer agrees to allow the bank to deduct the payment from their account and transfer it to the company's account, and to authorize the company to act on their behalf for tax withholding and remittance. The customer can cancel the consent form by giving written notice to the bank and the company at least 30 days in advance.
