Summary

Rahoitusalan työehtosopimuksen uudistamiseksi sovittiin seuraavista palkankorotuksista:
- Vuonna 2023 maksetaan 589 euron kertaluonteinen korvaus toukokuussa ja 3,5 %:n yleiskorotus heinäkuussa.
- Vuonna 2024 maksetaan 1,2 %:n yleiskorotus ja 1,3 %:n palkkakeskusteluerä toukokuussa.
Lisäksi sovittiin muutoksista työehtosopimuksen määräyksiin, kuten henkilöstöedustajien lisiä korotetaan 6,0 %:lla ja siivoojien palkkoja korotetaan 3,5 %:lla vuonna 2023 ja 2,5 %:lla vuonna 2024.
