USER and SUPPLIER agree on terms for a Commercial Fueling Network (CFN/FLEETWIDE) account, including:
- card use only by authorized persons for purchasing fuel and other products
- no federal $50 liability limit applies
- USER to follow safety procedures and local laws
- payment due on demand or within invoice terms with a 1.5% monthly service charge for late payments
- USER responsible for all transactions, protecting access cards and security codes, and monitoring card usage
- USER to notify SUPPLIER of lost or stolen cards, and assumes financial responsibility for unauthorized use up to one business day after notification
- USER to indemnify SUPPLIER from claims and costs, including bodily harm and property damage
- USER assumes full financial responsibility for environmental cleanup caused by safety regulation violations
- litigation to be brought before Yuma County, Arizona courts
- USER certifies reading, understanding, and accepting the agreement terms.
