"Device" as a computer or other device suitable for use with a Solution,
"Dispute" as defined in Clause 15.3.1,
"Effective Date" as specified in the Special Conditions,
"End User" as an individual or entity purchasing a Solution for its own use,
"EULA" as an end user license agreement between AVG and an End User,
"Exclusive Territories" as countries listed on the AVG Portal where AVG has appointed an exclusive distributor,
"Extended Term" as the Term plus any subsequent period,
"Fees" as specified in each Order,
"Fulfill" as delivery or performance of an Order or Solution,
"General Conditions" as these AVG Partner Agreement General Conditions,
"Governmental Authority" as any government or regulatory body,
"Intellectual Property" or "Intellectual Property Rights" as rights associated with works of authorship, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, and other proprietary rights,
"Law" as any federal, national, provincial, state, or local government law or regulation,
"Level 3 Support" as the purpose, resources, and actions described on the AVG Portal,
"Managed Services" or "MSP Services" as remote Device monitoring and management services,
"Notice" as notice given in accordance with Clause 15.1.2,
"Notice of Dispute" as defined in Clause 15.3.2,
"Order" as defined in Clause 2.2,
"Paragraph" as a provision of the Special Conditions,
"Party" as AVG or Company,
"Password" as a secret form of authentication data provided by AVG,
"Personally Identifiable Information" as information that can uniquely identify a natural living individual person.
