The Soulmade Hotel Garching GmbH + Co. KG's general terms and conditions apply to all contracts, including hotel room and apartment rentals, and other services. The hotel reserves the right to increase prices if the period between contract conclusion and implementation exceeds 4 months. Invoices are payable immediately, and the hotel may charge statutory interests on delayed payments. The customer may only offset or reduce claims with undisputed or legally valid claims. The hotel may demand advance or security payments, and the customer may be liable for damages if they cancel or do not utilize the hotel's services. The hotel may withdraw from the contract if the customer does not pay advance payments, or if there are practically justified reasons, such as force majeure or misleading information. The customer must vacate rooms by 11 am on the day of departure, and may be charged for additional use of the room. The hotel may also exercise the right of self-redress if the customer does not leave the room in due time.
