The Warranty Company determines the validity of costs and makes annual distributions of the Member Fund balance to the Member from the 6th to 10th year. The agreement terminates upon exhaustion of the Member Fund or final distribution, and the Member forfeits any remaining balance if the Membership Agreement is terminated.
