Summary

Lübbers Anlagen- und Umwelttechnik GmbH's General Terms and Conditions of Purchase apply to all orders, with no other terms and conditions applicable. Orders and contracts are only effective in writing, and separate reference must be made to any deviations from the customer's order. The contractor is responsible for packing and loading items, and dispatch is at their risk. Invoices must be sent in duplicate with all corresponding documents, and payment is effected within 14 or 45 calendar days. The agreed delivery dates are binding, and default on delivery or performance may result in lump-sum default damage. Force majeure and industrial disputes release the contracting parties from their obligations. Confidentiality and business secrets must be maintained, and the contractor is obliged to treat all commercial or technical details as confidential.
