CABINS TO RENT LTD - TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CABIN RENTAL AGREEMENT

1. Term and Acknowledgements: The agreement starts when signed and accepted, and continues until expiration or termination. The Hirer acknowledges relying on the cabin's description on the website and their own judgment, and that Cabins to Rent and the manufacturer are separate entities.

2. Rights to the Cabin: The Hirer has limited rights to exclusive possession during the term, with no title or ownership passing to them. Any additions or improvements become part of the cabin.

3. Bond: The Hirer pays a bond, delivery charge, and advance rent. The bond is a performance bond against default, loss, or damage, and is refundable at the end of the term.

4. Insurance: Cabins to Rent may obtain insurance for the cabin, but the Hirer is responsible for insuring contents and not prejudicing any insurance claims.

5. Delivery & Removal of Cabin: The Hirer must assist with delivery and removal, ensure the site is accessible, and pay extra charges for delays or difficulties. The Hirer is responsible for any loss or damage during transportation, delivery, or removal.
