Summary

SMPTE 2020 exhibitors must follow rules and regulations, which include: non-refundable virtual exhibit booth fees, a no-show policy, booth design and services guidelines, staffing and subletting restrictions, conduct restrictions, and limitations of liability. Exhibitors must protect SMPTE from damages and indemnify them against losses, and violations of regulations may result in forfeiture of exhibit space and monies paid. SMPTE reserves the right to enforce rules, make final decisions, and cancel the exposition, with a reasonable and equitable refund of exhibit fees if possible.
