Regarding the Handling of Personal Information

Our school will comply with relevant laws and regulations and properly manage personal information such as names, addresses, phone numbers, and birthdates that can identify or distinguish individuals, which are submitted by students and parents in documents. We will collect personal information through appropriate means and will not handle it beyond the necessary scope for achieving its purpose. If the purpose of use is changed, we will notify you.

The purposes of using personal information collected during the admission process and while enrolled in our school are as follows:

(1) To conduct business related to student registration, transfer, class organization, and certificate creation
(2) To conduct educational activities, including homeroom teaching, grade processing, and management
(3) To manage health and ensure safety through health checkups
(4) To send necessary documents and communicate with students and parents
(5) To manage tuition payments, notifications, and related business
(6) To communicate with students and parents regarding educational activities in their grade level or class
(7) To communicate with students and parents regarding club activities and other extracurricular activities
(8) To communicate with parents and teachers, educational support groups, and alumni associations

However, our school may outsource some of these tasks (such as health checkups and academic ability tests) to external companies. In such cases, we will provide necessary information based on our "Personal Information Protection Regulations."

In principle, our school will not disclose personal information to third parties, but we may do so in exceptional cases where required by law, or where necessary to protect the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of students or parents, or in emergency situations where individual consent cannot be obtained. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in this regard.

We may also provide explanations and requests regarding personal information protection procedures in the future. We ask that you also take sufficient care in protecting personal information and handling it in accordance with laws and regulations at your home.
