## Recruitment Specialist - 38 Degrees (People and Operations Team)

Mission: Drive impactful recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates, fostering a positive candidate experience, and supporting 38 Degrees' mission of creating a fairer, more respectful, and sustainable society.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Management: Plan, organize, and coordinate entire recruitment lifecycle from strategy to onboarding.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with managers, build relationships with external partners, and effectively communicate with candidates throughout the process.
Hiring Panel Leadership: Guide hiring panels, provide guidance, and resolve issues related to recruitment procedures.
Training & Development: Train internal staff on interviewing techniques, assessment methods, and best practices.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics, identify trends, and share insights with the People Business Partner.
Service Improvement: Proactively enhance recruitment service quality, ensuring consistent timeliness and high standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

Basic:

Proven experience in recruitment (3+ years)
Strong stakeholder management skills
Ability to work effectively with internal and external partners

Conceptual & Applied:

Understanding of inter-connected services supporting a comprehensive recruitment strategy.
Proficiency in overseeing timely delivery of recruitment deliverables.
Experience collaborating with teams to strengthen recruitment practices.

Specialized Knowledge:

Proven track record identifying and attracting high-quality candidates.
Strong knowledge of employment law and GDPR.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Familiarity with fast-paced environments managing high volume recruitment.
