Summary

The study examined the potential of okra leaf infusion to reduce blood glucose levels in mice induced by alloxan. Twenty male mice were divided into 5 groups: negative control, positive control, and 3 groups receiving okra leaf infusion at concentrations of 20%, 40%, and 60% for 14 days. Results showed that the infusion did not significantly reduce blood glucose levels (p=0.990, p>0.05). However, the group receiving 20% okra leaf infusion showed the highest reduction in blood glucose levels compared to the other groups.
