## Summary of LAB Expert Committee Meeting - May 19, 2015

Meeting Details:

The LAB Expert Committee met on May 19, 2015 to address several key topics:

Updates since March Meeting: The urgent need to finalize a statement on the five-year review of V2M1 and V2M3 modules led to an email vote. The committee approved the standards as suitable for continued use.
Policy for NELAP AC: The LAB Expert Committee was tasked with developing a policy regarding the extent of on-site assessments by Accreditation Bodies (ABs). Draft language, incorporating references to both the NELAC Standard and TNI ELSS Volume 2, was discussed and will be refined before the June meeting.
 Notice to TNI Membership: A draft notification about revisions to V2M1 and V2M3 modules was reviewed and approved for publication, with a clause removed regarding planned distribution of a consolidated module draft.
