A new analysis method for selected fluorinated and chlorofluorocarbons mixtures using a gas chromatograph with FID detector and liquid CO2 cooling system was developed. The impact of various parameters and analysis conditions on the synthetic refrigerants mixtures separation was examined at low temperature conditions. The suitable chromatographic separation of the mixtures components is observed in case of analysis temperature decreasing and flow rate increasing. The optimization of the most important parameters of the chromatographic method, which allows for the separation of commercial refrigerants mixtures, was carried out. The best chromatographic selection of the model mixture has been obtained for the isothermal method. The high repeatability of the retention times and the peak areas for the performed analyzes was observed. The chromatographic method for the low-temperature analysis of the synthetic refrigerants, using the FID detector and the cooling system, has a high potential for practical application.
