Summary

This thesis, submitted to the Graduate School of Informatics of Middle East Technical University, presents the rearchitecturing of an electronic warfare system based on Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). The old system, developed by ASELSAN Inc., used traditional object-oriented techniques and embedded software. The thesis extracts services from the system and restructures it based on SOA principles, focusing on the effect of reusability and evaluating the new system in terms of line of code, memory consumption, and CORBA interface communication overhead.
