DCFont is an end-to-end deep Chinese font generation system that can automatically generate the complete GB2312 font library with 6763 Chinese characters in a user's handwriting style from a small subset of 775 characters. The system uses a novel deep neural network architecture with two major components: font feature reconstruction network and font style transfer network. It works without human intervention and requires fewer input data, producing high-quality and realistic synthesis results that outperform other state-of-the-art approaches.
