2. Transition System Representation (Exercise 1.2):

- Students formalize a given transition system as a 6-tuple, defining states (S), labels (L), cost function (c), transition relation (T), initial state (s0), and reachable states (S⋆).
- They are asked to express true statements about the system using terms like "unreachable," "solution," "path length," and "path cost."

3. Graphical Transition System (Exercise 1.3):

- Students depict a transition system for the ForcedFreeCell variant of FreeCell, starting from a specified initial state.
- They must clearly represent states and transitions, providing a description of how to interpret the diagram.

Submission Guidelines:

- Exercises are submitted in groups of three students, with only one member submitting on behalf of the group.
- A single PDF file containing all non-programming exercises (with a suitable name) is required. Handwritten solutions should be scanned and included in the PDF.
