Condition details will be recorded through date and time stamped treatment notes, and users can link body map entries to care plans or custom assessments. Custom assessments can be created, and questions such as color, odor, exudate, and grade will need to be added through these assessments. Image history will also be available, allowing users to add images and track the progression of wounds.
