The Salton Portable Air Cooler model SAC18 comes with instructions and a warranty. To use the product safely and effectively, follow the important safeguards, including reading the instructions carefully, ensuring the voltage corresponds to the mains voltage, and using the air cooler only for its intended use. The applicable temperature range is -20℃ to 40℃, and the water in the tank should be changed regularly. Do not cover the air cooler, immerse it in water, or operate it with wet hands. Close supervision is necessary when used by or near children. The air cooler is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities without supervision. Unplug the cooler when not in use, and do not use it if it has been dropped or damaged. Place the air cooler on a smooth level surface, and do not put heavy objects on top of it. To avoid vibration, do not block air circulation, and do not use the air cooler outdoors. For better cooling, ventilate the air cooler, place it near an open window, and ensure there is always water in the cooler. The parts diagram shows the different components of the air cooler, including the top cover, side panel, handle, control panel, and water tank. To operate the air cooler, fill the water tank by rotating the small knob downwards, pulling out the water tank, pouring water into the small compartment, and adding ice cubes into the ice compartment.
