Summary

1. Clean the dipping tank and keep the water temperature between 1-5°C.
2. Wash prawns thoroughly before treatment.
3. Shake Xyrex PrawnFresh well and stir as it's poured, avoiding mixing with acid-based products.
4. Mix 1 part PrawnFresh with 1000 parts sea water (or 3.2% saline solution), e.g., 50ml PrawnFresh per 50ml salt water.
5. Soak prawns in the solution for at least 5 minutes.
6. After treatment, ice and box the prawns as normal, changing the solution when the recommended number of boxes is treated.
