1. Select a detector location at 2.1m (7.0 ft) or higher, using Figure 2 as a guide.
2. Loosen the locking screw and separate the front cover from the back plate, then separate the PCB Board from the back plate.
3. Drill holes for wire pass-thru and appropriate knockouts for wall, corner, or bracket mount.
4. Secure the back plate to the surface, passing wires through the designated hole and securing with screws.
5. For bracketed ceiling or wall mount with SB100, insert the accessory, pass the wire, and secure the bracket and back plate.
6. Snap the PCB board onto the back plate, connect wires to the terminal board as per Figure 4.
7. Adjust jumpers for profiles (1-4) and LED ON/OFF using the provided table.
8. Configure sensitivity via trimpot (default setting = 3), adjusting from 1 (8m/26.3 ft) to 5 (12m/39.4 ft).
9. Install the front cover onto the back plate and secure with the locking screw.
10. Perform the power-up sequence, which includes LED and relay toggling on/off for 4 seconds, sensitivity level indication, and jumper setting indication.
11. The detector is ready for alarm detection, with the LED ON for 3 seconds during an alarm (if set).
