Ensure internet connection for transmitting files to Revenue
Install Thesaurus Payroll Manager on home computer, activation key required (can be resent if lost)
Licenses can be activated on up to 10 PCs

Accessing Payroll Files

Single employer:
+ Using work computer: file already available
+ Using Dropbox or Google Drive: files automatically available on other machines
+ Using Connect: restore payroll data from Connect account
+ Backup file to USB key or email before leaving office
Payroll bureau:
+ Using Connect: set up users, restore payroll data, and synchronize completed payroll
+ Using remote desktop: log in as normal
+ Using shared drive: access payroll files within home environment

Additional Requirements

Valid ROS digital cert installed on home computer for RPN retrieval and PSR submission
