The service allows domestic voice calls to be used at a fixed rate, regardless of the number of calls or the recipient, within the specified call time range. Therefore, free call exclusions are established.

Free call exclusions include:
- International roaming calls, international calls, satellite phone calls, calls to phone numbers starting with 0570 set by other companies, number guidance (104), and domestic calls to answering machines.
- Other phone numbers specified by the company, such as those used for one-way or mechanical calls, or those that connect for a long time or multiple times within a certain period.

If a customer's communication is found to correspond to certain actions, the company may change the customer's rate plan or cancel related options, and restrict changes to other rate plans or options for a certain period.
