I. Call to Order & Roll Call

II. Officer Reports
- Secretary's Report: Minutes from the last meeting were approved.
- Treasurer's Report: Balances as of $97,210.42; Abe’s Army income received and expenses paid; Parade Run and Abe’s Amble expenses ongoing.
- Membership Report: 726 members (350 adult, 337 family, 18 student/youth, 21 Hall of Fame); membership rate reduced after September 1; Randi to promote on SRRC Facebook.
- Special Programs Report: Registration for brewery trip open (12 registered); annual banquet planning underway; discussion on switching to RunSignUp for Lincoln Presidential Half Marathon.

III. Race Director Reports
- Lincoln Presidential Half: Registration opens mid-October; potential switch to RunSignUp discussed; medal series with Lincoln sites proposed.
- Women’s Distance: Draft letter to Springfield Running Center approved.
- Parade Run & Abe’s Amble: No reports provided; final report for Abe’s Amble expected next month; race made a profit, with high packet pick-up attendance.
- Frostbite: Registration open (12 participants); Carrie proposed changes for 2020, including wider time gaps and separate clocks for 5k and 10k races.

- Illinois Sales Tax Exemption: Carrie working on application; location considered changing.
- SRRC Policies and Procedures: Tammy to delegate categories to committee members for draft preparation.
- Shoreline Showdown: 2Run7 tattoos collected; SRRC met minimum participant threshold.
- Quad Cities Marathon: Carrie to take SRRC tent; Nick to notify race director about setup.
- Illinois Marathon: $200 donation to GOTR made.

VI. New Business
- Orangetheory Fitness Partnership: Class for up to 30 SRRC members on September 29 approved; OTF offering membership discounts. Randi to set up registration.
- Newsletter: Tammy and Matt working on next issue; proposal to switch to e-newsletter; survey to determine interest in paper newsletter.
- 50k Throwdown: Tammy to deliver awards at Frostbite finish line; finishers acknowledged at annual banquet.
