II. Officer/Director Reports

- Secretary's Report: Approved unanimously.
- Treasurer's Report: Approved unanimously. Account balances total $98,038.54.
- Membership Report: 141 adult, 123 family, and 1 student/youth members as of 2/28/22.
- Special Programs Report:
- Lincoln Presidential Half Marathon: 1100 registered, aiming for 1500 medals. Course remeasurement soon.
- Women's Distance Festival: Registration opens April 1st.
- Parade Run & Frostbite Festival: No reports.
- Program Director Reports:
- HalfWits: Good attendance, additional dates offered due to weather.
- Speed Work: Led by Kelly H and Bill Owens.
- Abe's Army: Registration open, promotion discussed.
- Triple Crown: Complaint received regarding late free entry offer; refund provided.
- FrostToes: No report.

V. Old Business

- Annual Banquet: Registration open, capping at 130 attendees. Recognition of 2022 race directors and program leaders proposed.
- New Facebook Group: Members approved, old group archived. Training programs promotion discussed.
- Bank Account Signature Cards: In progress by Kelly H.
- Sam's Club Membership: Set up for $65; initial cardholders are Randi and Kristina.
- Participation Series Member Survey: Promotion needed to increase responses.
- New Member Initiatives:
- Flyer order approved (750 flyers, $147) to be placed in race packets or with local locations.
- Magnet order approved ($158 for 300 magnets).
- Instagram account setup and member run documentation proposed.
- LPHM Expo: Carrie and one other volunteer will staff the club's table.
- DSI Membership: Proposed cost of $100/year; clarification needed on promotion scope and volunteer information sharing.

VI. New Business

- Board Meetings: Consideration of hybrid setup for in-person meetings.
- President Transition: Carrie to compile transition list, including insurance renewal.
- Race Director Transition: Revise race director checklist; John to organize a race director meeting.
- Hall of Fame Nominations: Discuss keeping non-inducted nominees for consideration next year.
- Spring Shed Cleanup: John to coordinate a date. Items to be sold or given away.
- Senior Olympics: Partnering with SO for Amble 5k and 10k races; SO to promote and encourage over-50 participants.
- Conflict of Interest Forms: Circulated via the Board's Facebook page.
