Während 55% der Unternehmen Massnahmen treffen oder planen, um den Frauenanteil in Führungspositionen zu erhöhen, sind es bei kleinen Unternehmen nur 33,4%. Die meisten Unternehmen nutzen die interne Kandidatinnen-Pipeline und Anzeigen, während nur 18,9% umfassendere Massnahmen ergreifen. 65% der Befragten geben an, dass die Rahmenbedingungen für weibliche Führungskräfte in den letzten Jahren attraktiver geworden sind. 28,8% der Frauen und 21,2% der Männer fühlen sich wegen ihres Geschlechts in der Karriere benachteiligt. Die Unterstützung für eine Frauenquote ist geteilt, wobei Frauen eher dafür sind als Männer.
