Daily Life during the COVID-19 Pandemic

Approximately half of the respondents felt that they had to be cautious, were bored, or had reduced physical activity.
The number of respondents who felt that their physical activity had decreased doubled compared to the previous year.

The facility aims to provide a more enjoyable daily life for users by making daily improvements.

Desired Activities and Events

Many events were canceled in the previous year, and the facility provided individual or small-group recreational activities during free time.
This year, the facility plans to provide more opportunities for users to enjoy activities and events, both inside and outside the facility, as the COVID-19 pandemic is expected to be downgraded to a Category 5 disease.

User Satisfaction

9% of respondents were very satisfied, 26% were satisfied, 59% were neutral, 4% were somewhat dissatisfied, and 0% were dissatisfied with their daily life.
2% of respondents were unsure.

Key Findings

73 users participated in the survey, with 57 responses and 16 non-responses.
Approximately 90% of respondents took preventive measures against COVID-19, such as wearing masks, exchanging masks, ventilating rooms, and washing hands.
However, only about half of the respondents practiced daily gargling.
The facility plans to take these results into account and make improvements for the next fiscal year.

Future Plans

The facility aims to provide more opportunities for users to engage in activities and events, both inside and outside the facility, as the COVID-19 pandemic is expected to be downgraded to a Category 5 disease.
