Summary

Se emite la Disposición de Presidencia N° 12/2023, que modifica los vencimientos para la presentación de la declaración jurada y el pago correspondiente a la tercera decena del período octubre de 2023, para el Régimen de Recaudación y Control sobre Acreditaciones Bancarias (SIRCREB) y el Sistema Informático de Recaudación y Control de Acreditaciones en Cuentas de Pago (SIRCUPA). Los nuevos vencimientos son:

- Presentación de la declaración jurada: 7 de noviembre de 2023
- Pago correspondiente: 8 de noviembre de 2023

Esta modificación se debe a que el 6 de noviembre se celebra el "Día del Bancario", que es considerado un feriado nacional. La disposición ordena comunicar esta modificación a las jurisdicciones adheridas y publicarla en el Boletín Oficial de la Nación.
